Use, transfer and deletion of personal data

Server log files

When you visit our website or use its services, the device that is used to access the site transfers log data (connection data) to our server automatically. This information consists of the name of the website, the file, the current date, the volume of data, the web browser and version, the operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the referrer URL of the page from which you accessed our page, and the corresponding IP address. This data is stored in an anonymised form pursuant to the German Telemedia Act (TMG), which means that the personal data cannot be used to create user profiles. Basis of this collection of data is our legitimate interest under the terms of Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.

The collected data is used exclusively for statistical evaluation for the purpose of website operation, security, and optimisation. However, we reserve the right to review the log data retrospectively if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use on the basis of specific evidence. These data will be deleted after 7 days at latest.

If you subscribe to our newsletter on our website, we will use the personal data which you provide in this context solely to send you the newsletter.

Subscribing to our newsletter involves a double opt-in procedure. Once you subscribe, you will receive an email in which you are asked to confirm your subscription. This confirmation is required to prevent anyone from registering using third-party email addresses. Usage of WhatsApp Business

We are using WhatsApp Business as a communication channel. The Provider  is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The usage of WhatsApp aims the fast and need-based customer advice. It constitutes an eligible interest for the purpose of art. 6, par. 1 lit, f DS-GVO.

As part of your enquiry, your personal data will be saved and processed for the editing of your enquiry and the possibly connected follow-up question. Your passed on information remains at our system until the intention of the data retention omits or if you wish us to delete them.

WhatsApp gathers data independently from us, whereby you can inform yourself about their purpose, extent, processing and usage of your personal information, your rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy. Applicant management

Data transmitted during the application procedure is used for the purpose of processing applications. Employees of the HR department and the office specified in the invitation to tender are granted access to the data you provide during the application process. The parties involved have been expressly committed to confidentiality. Your data shall be treated in the strictest confidence and shall not be passed on to third parties without your consent. If you would like to revoke your consent to the processing of applicant data, please notify us by emailing datenschutz@floragard.de. Your application data will be deleted 180 days after the post is filled. The data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR, Section 88 of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter reCAPTCHA”) on this website. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data was entered on the website by a human or an automated program (e.g. in a contact form). To do so, reCAPTCHA uses a range of characteristics to analyse the behaviour of the website visitor. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates a range of information (e.g. IP address, the length of time the visitor spends on the website, or the mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during this analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analysis runs completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that analysis is taking place.

Revocation of advertising emails

We have to publish our contact data in order to comply with the statutory obligation to provide information. Third parties sometimes use these details to send unsolicited advertising and information.
